FYSM: The Deadlift

Fix Your Shitty Movement workshops kick off with the daddy of them all: the deadlift.

Whether you’re a relative newbie who wants to make sure you’re starting out with good habits OR you’re a veteran lifter stuck in a plateau OR you keep tweaking something– whatever!

If you want to improve your deadlift technique, this workshop is for you. We’ll first breakdown each participant’s form and see what we can fix on the spot. It is extremely helpful to see this in action. Then we’ll address issues that need a little more attention through corrective exercises.

Class size is limited to 4 people to maximize what you learn and so you will get plenty of individualized coaching. Come ready to move; this is a hands-on workshop. If you want to go heavy, bring your belt or whatever else you may need.
