PRIVATE coaching

I offer private training both in-person here at Lux and virtually via Zoom. Each session will be tailored directly to you, your needs, and your goals using my unique training methodology designed to help you feel and move better than ever. I’m committed to teaching clients the movements and skills that will keep them moving confidently throughout their lives.

If you’re not sure where to start or have some questions, please contact me and I’d be happy to set up a consultation either at Lux or via Zoom. Information for duet and small group coaching provided by request.

Sessions are 50 minutes or can be combined for an hour and 15 minutes.

Cancellation policy: Sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance, otherwise session is forfeited. No shows results in an automatic forfeit. 

All training package sales are final. Purchased sessions expire 6 months after purchase.

Please be sure to check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

Strength + Conditioning

This full-body strength and conditioning workout is just 45 minutes from warmup to cooldown. Strength work won’t be very technical, so experience isn’t required. Expect to see the conditioning monsters we allllll avoid that we know we need to do– sled, Assault bike, rower, battle ropes, and all the other equalizers you love to hate. You get the gist. Movements can be scaled down (or up!) as needed, but we recommend starting with private sessions if you have injuries or other limitations.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a challenging downtempo workout that zeroes in on your core– abs, glutes, and shoulders. We focus on foundational strength and stability, breath, body awareness, and true mobility. Beginners are welcome, but expect to see some intermediate exercises. As always, I offer plenty of modifications, but if you have specific limitations, please let me know ahead of time.

Class sizes are limited to just 10 people so please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
