Join Charis or Sebastian for a One on One training session where you will get a coaches undivided attention for an hour to work on strength, technique and so much more!
Have the attention of the private sessions for half the price. The duet program will be a 2 on 1 with Charis or sebastian.
In groups of 6 or more train together! Get strong together as a group and cheer each other on to your goals!
Pilates is a form of movement that involves strengthening both the awareness and function of often ignored muscles, particularly those that make up the “core.” I have been doing it for more than half my life and it is an important part of my training method. In addition to a tighter midsection, you will improve mobility, stability, balance, breathing mechanics, posture and an understanding of your body that will take your training to the next level. Your back, shoulders, hips, and feet in particular will be so grateful.
