DESCRIPTION:Fix Your Shitty Movement Workshops kick off with the daddy of them all: the deadlift. \nWhether you’re a newbie who wants to make sure you’re starting out with good habits or you need a refresher\, this is the workshop for you. \nWe’ll go over the basics of both sumo and conventional\, and how to set up for and execute both. We’ll also learn some helpful warmup and corrective exercises. \nThis is a hands-on workshop so come hydrated\, fueled\, and ready to move.
